Aintree and Chepstow off and Sandown awaiting a 2nd inspection, expect to see it announced on The Opening Show they love an on/off announcement

Crap days racing Wetherby starting at 10.35, not sure what all that is about who watches a novice hurdle at 10.35 on a Saturday morning never mind bet on it.

If I had to compare todays racing to a jockey it would be Ruby Walsh because he's a right miserable b@stard just like the racing and weather, I bet he's on The Opening Show to bring joy to everyone

Shame to see the Beecher meeting go as I usually do well on that. It's going to be a quiet week.

Interesting my automation took a battering today. Curious as to whether coincidence or something that can be improved in my strat (early race markets)

My family background is Greyhound racing, weather is one of the most important things to consider when you look at sports. An uncle of mine had a Greyhound back in the 1970's who finished fourth, in the final of a Greyhound Derby, at the then one of the premier tracks White City. The dog was a superstar winning over 35% of his races until he broke his hock. Take in to consideration how many races he won when it was raining, he won 8% of his races. Weather matters.

Look at Verstappen in Brazil with Formula 1 in the rain, look at horses who only win on certain going. Wind and rain changes conditions so extremely it is unreal. Start looking at animals who perform better in daylight than under artificial light, or rain or sunshine, they are all characters in their own right.

Is it the weather that's made BF Video even worse today for everyone? Or just me?

Very stuttery, only updating images every second rather than a stream...

My bot shouldn't be impacted by the weather in that it is finding value early doors using a version of Dallas's find the gap bot, not based on any kind of dog / horse stats

Real nasty looking fall 1.32 Carlisle. Tough watch thought the horse was going to land flat on the jockey.

Bf video from Wolverhampton:
the video is 12 seconds late compared to the commentary. (video vs audio)
weird.

And it's the Grey, followed by the Grey, but the Grey is making good headway.

First time I've ever traded in-running horses on Boxing Day. What looking forward to it and it ended up a complete shower of poo.

Pea soup at Chepstow, I suppose this is where TPD trounces drones coverage.
