Thanks for clearing that up, I thought it was me-me! All I need now is a clear definition of what it means! Many times I thought I 'got it' only to see the definition did not apply to the next one!

I only found out when I heard the word mentioned on the news. There is a picture doing the rounds on the internet that "looks very much like" a well known news reader from Wales with their derriere out in the photo
Due to potential slander all I can say that there is a strong resembelence (of the face that is, not seen his arse before).
