Bet Angel Logs with Multiple copies of Bet Angel open

I've just been running different strategies on markets on 3 copies of Bet Angel open.
However, when I try to look at the log the next day it only logs markets from 1 copy. Is there any way around this ? Is it possible to manually or automatically save a log on different copies of Bet Angel ?

Also, when I look at the log it doesn't seem to have logged every bet placed.
