Adam Todd made £100k in his entire career, not in a year. I think he managed £20k in one year or something. Be he didn't last long only 3 or 4 years I think. I was doing £20k a month.
You often find there are some quite high profile people than come and go over time for a variety of reasons. But often people have an undefined edge and when the market shifts they can't move as they don't know what they are doing right and where the profit is coming from. I've changed tack a few times in my career.
I was always surprised that people were sceptical of what Adam Heathcote achieve because when you aggregated it over the number of markets traded it wasn't huge.
