Market Changes

I've been trying out Guardian automated system for lots of markets but very often my bets aren't matched.
I noticed on the log a lot of "market Changed" on all of the unmatched markets.
Does this mean my 300 seconds for "Market Switch Time" isn't giving my markets enough time to get matched before switching, or does the system still try to match bets in markets not showing up ( hope I'm making sense here)
