History is just one fecking thing after another
Based on the market construction the odds look about right for 0-0, so if you put any weight on the hypothesis of the past results you would have to say it is a value lay. FWIW I think the market is probably about right. 0-0's occur fairly randomly within a range of values associated with the chance of scoring. So if you want to see if this is value you should look at how many goals they have scored in those 66 matches.
