I know i'm just a miserable sob sometimes about these things ....I just think perspective gets lost on occassions like this. I'm a bit of a traditionalist deep down too and I don't approve of most of the people being given the highest possible honours.

One thing's certain and that's that the public are fickle, rotten tomatoes or a statue in Trafalgar Square, very little inbetween.
