Well over an hour now and the abuse on Twitter is stepping up a level.

Have they stopped responding? Or convinced Twitter to keep tweet exchanges private?

Usually any tweet at them along with their respond will be viewable, but there's nothing in the last hour, bar their own tweets.

That awkward moment when you realize that the Champions League final is also on a saturday. I'd insert a facepalm emoji if this forum had one. Best of luck everyone, I for once wasn't caught out because I took the day off to literally binge watch Game of Thrones, I have 2 last episodes to go. After the final I'll be taking a long holiday away from trading, that's a guarantee.

I've never had an interest in football other than being a small stake recreational player ten years ago, but I'll never forget the Everton v Liverpool cup final when somebody in the TV editing studio pressed the wrong button, resulting in viewers seeing a cartoon commercial instead of an extra-time goal - even Betfair can't topple that.

Are you sure tweets aren't blocked in your location? There have been quite a few tweets in the last hour.

If that's the case, it's a new development within the last week. I always use to be able to see, what BF CS responded to people. Cannot now, or as I said they're not responding/not making it public.

Or maybe they just blocked me, because i keep going to them before the Danish support, and they keep passing me along, if and when it becomes specific enough that they need to look at my account. Some license BS, that Danish support has to deal with Danish accounts. Believe it or not, but UK support is better, faster, more efficient, and friendlier than Danish support. By some distance.

Soooooo, we've got:

A slew of people moaning and complaining about the product at hand.
Peter's experience
A team behind the development of Bet Angel
10+ (???) full time traders
- Of which the clear majority (judging from an earlier thread) has a background in coding, programming, some form of computer science, etc.
- All of which have available risk capital

Would take some serious money and partners, plus defined rules given that there'd be overlap being owner/investor/inventor and customers, but......Lion's Den anyone?

Mostly said in jest and out of boredom, since I have no idea exactly how monetary and IT investment, it would. Beyond that it's probably much more than I can even imagine, and even more probable too much for a venture to be worthwhile. But fwiw Emmson, there's your dawn....assemble your team

Sorry, I got that the wrong way round. I thought you couldn't see the customer abuse. Yes, CS have been very quiet and just swallowed the abuse, or perhaps, very wisely, stopped looking at it.

Placed an out-of-range order and cancelled it, seems to be working fine.

Can anyone remember an occasion where the API had a long outage, recovered, and then went down again shortly after?
