Automation missing available money

I have an automation which has been missing bets a small but significant portion of the time. That is, the price moves away too quickly, even though there is briefly some money available at the price that it wants. Obviously these are the hits I want the most as they are local maximums.

I could experiment with offering prices, but am looking for some advice on how to capture more of that available cash when i hit the price that I want. Currently it's running on a VPS alongside an excel automation. Would it benefit from a VPS on its own? The automation is also based on some stored values; could these be clogging things up a bit? or does it not make much of a difference? Are there any settings I could tweak to optimize things a little? I've already played around with the dynamic connection tuner. I'm currently running on the fastest refresh rate with restricted to no queues in guardian.
