UK races for non-residents

Mi name is Beltrán (Madrid, Spain). I enjoy very much watching Horse Racing and I would like to know if it is possible to watch UK races for a person who lives outside the UK.

There are many people who live in Spain that get Sky TV. I am not sure exactly how they do it but I know that they do. I am sure if you googled the topic you would find plenty of information.
