Tell me how to use the full balance in the in-play?

The question is to use the entire balance on the horse racing market WIN, for example: I have 100$, then there is a rate of 10% of the balance, and the next stake rate is already from 90% the balance, and I need from all 100% of the balance. Tell me how to do it?

You can't.
You can only bet n% of your current balance, not n% of what the balance was some time before.

So using 10%, starting balance = 100... (if you lose each time)
Bet 1 = 10.00
Bet 2 = 9.00
Bet 3 = 8.10
Bet 4 = 7.29

If you want Bet 1,2,3 & 4 to all be 10.00 then you have to use a Fixed Stake (set to 10)

For a Fixed Stake, can I use a percentage of the balance?

And I think in the settings there is: Stored Values - The Balance - Will store your Betfair balance?

I will clarify this for ONE race in the races at the only WIN market. Because in this race you can bet for each horse in full balance!
