betfair video won't load.

Does anyone else have a problem making the video work from the betangel platform?
I'd appreciate any advice on why it won't. Cheers traders.

I know a lot of people are having issues using Chrome, Betangel uses Internet Explorer. It could be due to flash player being restricted on a lot of browsers due to the potential security issues with it. There's a browser called Maxthon that seems to work ok. I use it for races not on RTV.
