me too, D. Too awake to get to sleep last night pushed the alarm fwd to after 4am

try melatonin if you want to sleep early its natural substance and works

that could be a good shout. would it not make getting up harder as well though? often taking 30m, 90m, 180m (tonight) naps

you will be more tired for a few hours so if you just sleep couple of hours will be more tired when getting up, body uses melatonin naturally to regulate sleeping you wont get used to it like most chemical stuff

You can ovoid turnover charge by not trading more than 24 NSW markets.

I routinely go to bed 6-7am now, any day of the week so my sleep doesn't change over the weekend. :)

Had a fair bit to drink tonight and going easy, might not stay up for the G1.

already at about 20 will save those for good back opportunities or decide from the start of the week to pay the charge and go over, been doing some australian racing every day this week
