Yep - always the case at the valley. The new feature at Randwick was good.

The whole day at the valley satisfied that description for me.

Got up to two the Cox Plate so haven't been at hand for the rest of the card. Switch to nights next week!

I think I may have given Horse trading away today. Can't see an edge despite hundreds of videos, books and thousands of markets traded.I have lost an average of 15c a market over 1247 markets in 3 months. Lord knows how much for years before that. (I started trying hard 3 years ago and for about 5 years on and off before those 3) Ideally I should be trading 3x that in terms of number of markets but with a young family and a wife losing patience  :D plus timezone challenges and the accompanying frustration (I'm tired of giving you lot me money  ), I might have to admit defeat. I love the game and gave it a good crack but perhaps you gotta know when to fold em.Good luck people. Hope you crack the grail. :)
My weekends might be better spent on the beach with daughter and the 4x4 ....

Sorry to hear that mcgoo - you have to do what's best for you, sometimes having a long break can be the best thing you can do!

Clocks go back tonight in the UK so racing will start earlier for us - but will gradually get later as Aus. get into summer.

I'll be sorry to see you go but I realise that must be quite frustrating. Best of luck to you, family and cat. :)

Thanks gents. I'll be hovering in the background looking at other sports from time to time but horse racing was driving me crazy :D
The cat is much calmer :) All the best to you with it.

These trotting races are quite amazing. Who needs liquidity when you can get 30 ticks. :D
