Sorry to bring this subject up again, but new to PC
Last week I lost about 700 pounds but still got charged PC, is this correct. As cant find anything on losing weeks.
Thanks
Premium charge question
Unless I'm missing something it shouldn't be possible to have a losing week and still pay premium charge, which should be 20% of your profits minus other charges credited. Unless anyone knows something I don't it would be worth contacting Betfair for an explanation.

Did you have any markets cross over into the next week being settled after midnight?
Log into the website and check the PC page to see what data they used

Have just rang betfair and they said something about implied commission going to have to read more about it
I was in a profitable position and green up against a bookmaker because of better odds the dog lost so minus against betfair but still charged would have been better greening up on betfair.

Implied commission should be irrelevant if you've made a loss for the week. Don't forget the PC week runs from 1am Monday to midnight Sunday/Monday due to the clocks going back. You can check how much you've lost on the profit/loss page but it includes commission.
