I have little idea if it’s +EV, but would be surprised if it was
really bad.

I have a TV feed about 6 secs behind live in S.Africa.

I have to listen to radio, no TV pictures for me.

I still can't get sky radio working, so having to rely on other feeds. If anybody has any better ideas I'm open to them.

Im in Aus and have same delay on video using either sky racing stream or beteasy app. I know Audio doesn't match video but Closest to real time ive found is sky racing radio. Online stream here is on Par with actual radio. Not sure if the distance will add delay. Should be accessable internationally with a vpn. http://www.skyracing.com.au

last month it didnt work for me but no problem at the moment, try downloading simple radio app that was still working for me when the website didnt
