Just watched Flamengo v River Plate. What a mess. Makes the EPL look like a tea party.

Emery the next manager to get the sack after that last performance?

Wish the sack market was more liquid, would be a fun one, only Marco Silva attracted a bit of money.

Emery : "Respect is the first thing you feel [at Arsenal] ... When I arrived in Paris, I tried to speak French but people sarcastically mocked me because I did not do it well. In London, I speak broken English and everyone appreciates my efforts."

Maybe that was the case in the beginning but everyone seems to be mocking him now, his own fans and apparently some of his own players too.

The evergrowing Good Ebening meme : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXVOFueg7qI

After their last game I have a feeling that Emery is being mocked by journos as well with that first question : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tqqoAZDaKXE&t=

It's hilarious but can't help and feel sorry for him at the same time

Have Utd even turned up? It's like match fixing to get your manager out is the new thing.

Surely OGS can't hang on for much longer.

With Poch available. I'd be be worried, if it wasn't for a multi-million pound pay-off.
Buts thats probably unfair, these guys are financially secure. They do it for the challenge. And thats admirable.

would be absolutely amazed if Pochettino replaces OGS at OT, still think city will win the league this season, that team from Merseyside although playing well seem to be riding their luck of late, still 6 months (or thereabouts) of football to be played

As a Blade I'm not sure whether to laugh or cry. A very entertaining game whatever. Both managers decent blokes, not whingers like many. I wasn't watching the market but that must have been "fun".

Pretty ridiculous to see Liverpool with more points than United and Arsenal combined at such an early stage and without hitting top gear yet.
