Time since last bet placed

Is there a way to add a condition based on the time since the last bet was placed i.e. similar to the Unsuspended condition but based on a bet placement?

Yes you can use signals to do it.

By setting a signal when you bet is placed on your other rule/s use a signal changed condition to test the time since the signal was set. There is an example here only it sets the signal with a scoreline you'd just change that to a place back or lay bet rule
