With Mikel Arteta getting the virus now there is only one sensible thing left to do, play out the rest of the season on FIFA 20.

Sounds a lot less ridiculous than allowing the fixtures to continue, don't see any other alternatives.

What if League declares current leader as the winner? What if play is suspended and there will be some kind of playoffs to determine positions once corona is over? Any rules that would cover that?

Not sure if they have an actual rule in place for this event.

I would guess, a temporary suspension of season (similar to the other main euro leagues) and review each month. A delay of the new season, commensurate to the delay of completing the previous competition.

The Euro 2020, could become Euro 2021.

Also I love how they've banned the pre match handshake instead having to 'elbow bump' for 30s later 22 men running about spitting everywhere and grappling with each other on the floor
