in play greening up not working

hi,

i have tried to lay at 1.1 in play on horse racing then offset by 20 ticks with greening. i time the fill or kill to roughly how long the race will last, place my 20 ticks in the offset box, click the green up box and make sure the global settings box is checked on the ladder. the problem is that it offsets to the 20 ticks but does not greewn up. it just places the same stake value 20 ticks higher.

can anyone help?

i'm trying to offset an initial £100 lay at 1.1

I've tried this and it seems ok, maybe you should post up a screen shot or maybe email support. I can't see anything wrong?
