You have been hanging around here long enough to know very well that Betfair make their own rules as/ when required.

Bookies and Betfair have there T&C pretty much rapped up and basically they can do whatever they like.

So there maybe a few instances they can help you with,
but not many i would imagine

I tryed to claim when i was young and nieve

when a bookmaker refused to pay out at the odds i was given.
It was no good of cause, palpable error and all that stuff
