Are these guys (http://www.ibas-uk.com/) any use when it comes to resolving disputes with Betfair or the bookies?

You have been hanging around here long enough to know very well that Betfair make their own rules as/ when required. :)

Bookies and Betfair have there T&C pretty much rapped up and basically they can do whatever they like.

So there maybe a few instances they can help you with,
but not many i would imagine ;)

I tryed to claim when i was young and nieve :D

when a bookmaker refused to pay out at the odds i was given.
It was no good of cause, palpable error and all that stuff :evil:
