I'm not defending the OP but my suspicion is that English is a second language, not good at using touch keypad and/or mistakenly thinks this is a support forum that's part of his BA subscription. I hope he doesn't go into shops/pubs and talk like that.

You may be right Derek and maybe we did jump on him/her. I don't speak any languages outside English but I know how to say please and thank you in the ones that matter to me!
