The Aussie dollar's strengthening on the pound. Every penny counts - $60 of chips to be precise. :D

Had to cut short in the first at Randwick to preserve my chips. Two shorties in the first at Newcastle.

Looks like a good card today.
1st at Eagle Farm showing some promise and with flemington it should make for a decent non-nsw session.

Agree that chips better spent at newc, im only trading higher prices at randwick say 4.0 and up

I'm enjoying the early market on the shorties. You can get 5-8 ticks and make your chips go further. :D

Still taking swings randwick shorties and if the gaps open up i'll have a quick scalp, had to deploy some self-control to not go crazy on that last race on fav.
Would rather miss fairly average stuff and have a few chips left over than be kicking myself if something bigger sets up later in card

Someone moved the market several ticks with a 4-figure back bet at Randwick. It got eaten up and the market reverted quickly.
