Betfair P&L screen changes

Is there some collective power Bet Angel has that we can leverage? Surely someone at Betfair must care what their biggest user-bases think?

It would take solidarity and at least a day of inaction, I can't imagine getting enough to toe the line and take part.
We need a Union.

We have recently released an updated version of the Profit & Loss page within myaccount.betfair.com on our desktop site. This change has been made to improve the reliability and performance of our site by upgrading some of the legacy technology within the Exchange platform.

We are aware of the issues you have raised in this thread and are addressing them as quickly as possible. Currently, there are some limitations to the amount of data the page is able to load, which is preventing high volume customers from accessing their 3-month P&L. We estimate these limits to be at approximately ~10,000 bets, ~1,000 markets. We are working to improve this as quickly as possible.

We are also aware of the issues around the field information displayed for racing changing, and the removal of page navigation functionality. These issues are also high in our priorities and will be addressed as soon as we have fixed the loading issues.

In the meantime, if you are encountering issues loading your 3-month P&L, please consider doing so in 1-month intervals. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

They seriously do not have a clue about their most profitable customers. 1-month intervals? I can only get 3 days!

“We’re aware of the issues raised below, our priority order looks something like;

Increase the amount of data the page is able to load (currently around ~10k bets, ~1k markets)

Revert the field information for horse racing back to it’s original format

Address pagination

Work is already underway on number 1.   Will let you know when we have timelines on 2 and 3, but they are on our radar and top of our priorities”

This isn't really going to be a solution. There'll always be someone who bets in more markets than they anticipated. The limit needs to be removed, but unfortunately it appears that their new page now downloads the entire bet history at once which complicates matters.

He's say it's currently that limit, not that it's going to be changed to that.

It's worded like they'll increase it to 5,000 markets or some other arbitrary figure, so I'm just hoping that isn't the case. Unlimited is the only way forward.

1 month intervals? I wish, can't even get a weeks worth

Just done a few tests and they simply cap it at 1000 markets for the https://myaccount.betfair.com/activity/profitandloss page. Guess the 10,000 entries limit will apply to bethistory and account statement.
