Am I A Nooob Or Is It Soon To Be 2021
"Well done but as someone who is surrounded by Borats and used to broken English in general I have to be fair to the guy and say that the last part is not really accurate.
OP was actually trying to compliment Peter and give constructive criticism and doesn't seem to think he is a scammer at all, quite the opposite, called him a genius more than once, he's just very disappointed because he feels the tutorial videos at the academy are poorly made and that the whole software is too archaic, because it took him ages to figure out even the simplest of features.
He basically wants Peter to spend less focus on marketing and more on development of the software so that it's easier for everyone else to profit and not just Peter, he feels strongly about that since he repeated it 10 times

Ty and correct.
I am not a good English writer and I really thought this was a forum where it is possible to say what you feel and think. My post, what I was thinking about, was NOT to make Peter a target. I think that, after seeing the comments, it is children and youth responding. So I ignore.
To write these comments and accusing me of beeing drunk is really offensive. I am just not good at English but I really tried to explain what I meant.. Now I see that I am in a forum with people having a problem with foreigners.
I am offended but that you probably won`t understand in this kindergarden forum.
Grow Up
Again, I was trying to say that I think Peter, regarding Betangel, has done a fantastic job. But there can be more to it for new potentinal customers and "noobs" like me. Also, in private, I help companies get that edge to take the next step. That is what I get paid for. But, yeah, in my language and not English.
Again:
Ty Kai
Ty Peter and Betangel
No, I am not drunk
Yes, I have problem writing in English
Yes, I am getting Betangel Pro
No, I will not use this forum again
As Jim Carrey would say " Thank YOU soooooo Much"

...there is an area for suggestions Patrik, all of which are considered and if liked in time are likely to be implemented into a new version.
If you were to look back at earlier versions of BA and compare with the latest version, you will see that it is an ever evolving state-of-the-art piece of trading software and that no good idea will be dismissed out of hand.
Once you have a bit of experience using the software, which you don't yet have as you are only using the practice mode, if you have some suggestions to make, this is the area to make them:

"Thank you" is at the top because he copied the entire opening post from his other thread, where he first thanked someone for trying to help him
That seems to make sense as well, with hindsight, well done.Vladimir CC wrote: ↑Sat Aug 22, 2020 7:56 amwhat the OP is trying to say is that the software doesn't have a futuristic look that appeals to the average customer out there, and that the BA team don't do much about marketing and promoting the product. things that are crucial for selling more subscriptions and make BA a successfull business.
what the OP doesn't seem to know nor understand is that BA is not and isn't supposed to be a commercial business. Is a powerful software created for Peter to trade the markets and it just happened that he considered selling subscriptions in order to cover the costs of mantaining and updating the software.
just like a university gets its share from scientifical research instead of rellying on commercial promotings to attract students for profit's sake(i hope so), the same goes for BA which cannot be just another form of entertainment in order to be successful (like netflix does). the software does what it does, and that is making PW money out of trading. besides that, the less people are trading the more punters we have on the markets![]()
I think the bit about going pro refers to switching to the Pro version of Bet Angel. At least I hope that's the case!jamesg46 wrote: ↑Sat Aug 22, 2020 9:52 amEven after reading through that thread it doesn't make sense to me.Anbell wrote: ↑Sat Aug 22, 2020 8:28 amFor context that whole post was copy and pasted from this thread

S/he was so proud of the post that s/he decided it was worthy of a standalone OP
I've got as far as,
Suggestion: Something about seeing an outcome (can't work out what.)
Criticism: Peter should make international friendly videos (how many languages would be suitable?) Or sell the software to someone who can.
Positves: S/He is going pro & is going to be really good, Peter is a genius & s/he loves the software.
Conclusion: No idea.
I also thought I gave you some good advice:
Patrik, I don't think you understand how complex the initial learning curve actually is when it comes to trading in general and the software involved.
The content that you see on Youtube and at the academy etc has already been heavily watered down, to the point where if it gets watered down even more and oversimplified it will actually be disingenuous and misleading (and practically a scam). Trading is already by default misleading to every newcomer in many ways so not much anyone can do about that but accept it as part of the industry.
No need to get insulted by random remarks either, a lot of it was lost in translation but you can call it British humor if you want
Trading can be so boring at times that traders welcome any chance to troll around a bit, even though it may look immature from the outside, so having thick skin in general is a good trait to have

I'm sure it's not the first time they've heard such feedback from their customers, especially fresh ones.patrikerl wrote: ↑Sat Aug 22, 2020 2:20 pmAgain, I was trying to say that I think Peter, regarding Betangel, has done a fantastic job. I do hear what you're saying and I think it's the classic functionality vs usability question, but it's probably fair to say that if us traders had to choose between functionality and usability it would be a very easy choice to make. After all, Bet Angel was created by traders for traders, and we can't speak on behalf of the owner but he appears to be a trader first and foremost.
There is nothing user-friendly about trading at all, it's actually the ultimate counter-intuitive profession by default, so it would make zero sense to create trading software that was extremely user-friendly and intuitive to use for every newbie fresh off the boat. If someone were to sell subscriptions for such a product, they would most likely be selling a lie.
But make no mistake, the software may look a bit archaic to you if you're used to whatever usability standards you have on your day job, but it's an extremely powerful piece of software that can replace your day job tenfold if you learn how to use it well.

The problem is the apparent simplicity but it's actually underpinned by hard earned subjectivity.
It's a bit like those Learn to Draw YouTube vids, the guy waves a pencil around and you think that doesn't seem too hard, so you have a go and it looks like the work of a 4 year old. Same pencil, same paper, similar movements, totally different result. Ditto any 'Learn to' video actually, anyone who's mastered a skill makes it look easy because to them it is.
