I try a bot with UK and Irland horses races, but in that hours I away from home.
To Launch the bot, the PC must open, and not in stand-by mode right?
To create a virtual bank to see the result of the bot there is a method?

Yes. If you are running on your own PC, it must be open and running (not in standby mode) for the bot to take effect.
To monitor results I usually use the 'Betting Profit & Loss' report in the Betfair website. Although if you prefer, there is an option in advanced settings in Guardian to "export reports on market closure"
