No option in betdaq version to automate keep bets in market in play

Hi All,
Sorry but im confused that i cant automate keep bets in market at the off, the option isnt available ?
Am i missing something obvious ?
Is there a workaround ?

Go to the 'Behaviour' tab and tick the Take XSP box.

I have changed setting but still the same

I placed 19 xsp bets using the site today as a trial run at £5 per bet, 18 were matched at xsp whilst the other which was a significantly bigger price (83 on BF) must've been cancelled at the off, seems betdaq can simply refuse to take it which is what it says on their T&C's too.
