I noticed this too but didn't want to stir the pot any more than I already have for one day. Apparently the viking guy has been pictured before in previous Antifa protests but who really knows what is true or false in cyber land.

At the risk of depriving Derek27 of entertainment, I think this thread has run its course. Only reason for keeping it open is to witness knightwire2 saying 'oops I was wrong'. But I think there's a greater chance of the earth being hit by a metorite than that.

We may as well let it run until the inauguration, but beyond that, the thread could get taken over by conspiracy theorists.

As I type there's talk on CNN about the 25th amendment, whether Trump's mentally capable of being president. He's still got two weeks to start the first ever nuclear civil war, might be worth going for it!

I was replying to greenmark. I think knightwire, given the attention he's got should be given a chance to give his next conspiracy theory as to why Joe Biden became the next president but I'm not gonna get involved in that.

I'm guessing it will be, Biden's a robot operated by Trump, the real Biden who was shot and killed has been revived and kept captive by Putin in Russia. The US military has invaded every country on the planet and taken over the world, but they did it in secret, so none of us is aware that BJ's been assassinated and replaced with a double who can replicate his distinctive voice. But it's out there online if we could be bothered to look.

I'm very much a subscriber to the John Stuart Mill principle, that even if everyone, except one person, were of the same view then it would be even more important to hear that counterview. It helps people clarify for themselves how do they "know what they know" and how do they form the view that the other person is wrong. What we require in rationale debate is evidence and logic. When there is not a shred of evidence and no logic then we form the view about our own knowledge and position and why we are so sure of our own positions.
