Well, our conversation has played on my mind too. I apologise again for any offence i caused you. "I wish you well" is a Buddhist mantra. Not that I'm a Buddhist or any other religion. I just like that particular concept. It's a concept of meditation called Metta bhavana. I now see my behaviour as that of a serial wife-beater.
Violent, then profusely apologetic.
And repeat over and over again.
So my challenge is not to lose the plot and insult someone (three times I think).
Then I won't need to apologise. Simples!!!!
I have come to the conclusion over the years that if I screw the same thing up 3 times I should step back and consider why I screwed up, and then do something about it.
