Historic Relative Odds Condition

Hi - if I have a rule with a Historic Relative Odds Condition that's comparing the price now to, say, the price an hour ago, do I need to have been running the automation rule for an hour before this rule can give a true or false, or is this historic data already stored somewhere else in Bet Angel?
