Im spanish and I would like to access betfair.com exchange, since our exchange in betfair.es is pretty much useless due to very low liquidity...
Is there any way that I can operate in betfair.com exchange without living in the UK using an VPN (I'm not in possession of utility bills, UK bank statements and such...)? I'm not sure if this is ilegal or something but as far as I know Spain is a whitelisted country in betfair.
