They are back working again fully I am glad to report. Started back up a while ago so it was probably restricted due to the media rights deals for the Melbourne Cup pictures distribution. I noticed the YouTube pictures went blank as well during interviews and races.

I came very close to going back to bed but the internet sprung back into life, why, I don't know, why it was down, I don't know. So will be treading carefully.

Betfair Live Video is the fastest I have found, not sure of the exact delay but it isn't much less than 10 seconds. Also they don't cover all tracks.
What are you using at present?
Betfair not having all tracks is the exact reason i am asking. Using https://racingtv4.liveradios.online/live/races1/ at the moment (sorry if posting links is forbidden. Tried racing.com but it seems to be only for Australians.
They have Geo blocked Racing.com for the Flemington racing on Tuesday and today. I think it is due to the international rights for the Melbourne Cup festival as it has always worked previously and was back working yesterday. So it should be back working tomorrow and hopefully will work this Saturday. They only cover Victoria and South Australia main tracks though and the delay is similar at about 15 seconds.
