My 1st Big Bash game followed this year and 46 million matched, the standard was very ordinary Big Bash has lost its lustre.

Superficially Otago should have no problem knocking off 223 v Canterbury in the New Zealand Ford Trophy (588K matched at innings break)

Hamish Rutherford goes too hard most of the time, no need for that today chasing 223

I like it Hamish Rutherford has played out a maiden v dangerous Matt Henry

I never watched any of Canterbury's 222 all out but I did notice and was struck by 9 of 10 dismissals were caught. If I had seen lbw's galore I would not have lumped on Otago like I did. Otago's reasonably circumspect start meant they drifted out to 1.35

Ireland v USA T20 Florida coming up soon might have possibilities to extract something. Not something to dive in willy nilly but.

I've traded India Windies at this Florida venue as well as CPL games

NOT AN UNKNOWN QUANTITY!

The game has already been rendered uncompetitve, nevetheless we succeeded in extracting something!

Well that was wrong!

After I left the game something extraordinary has clearly happened, USA are not just winning they are winning big and gubbing a 1.01 on Ireland.

Brad Hodge has become a superb commentator.

If night watchman Keshav Maharaj had not faced such an unplayable ball I would be green

This Super Smash (mens and lasses) down in New Zealand is providing opportunities

A most unusual graph for 15 overs into a T20

Saffers showing fortitude, resolution of the kind England were sorely lacking of. It would be quite a feat if they could knock these runs off.

Temba Bavuma looks as solid as a rock with his technique, he should have better figures

Bangers playing an absolute blinder down in New Zealand

but I still remember them making 595 1st innings and still being beat  down in Wellington 2017
