My gut feeling with United now is the changing room has gone feral. They've dispatched Ole. Carrick will go too. There is no management there from top to manager level.
What struck me over the weekend was where does Fergie fit in to all this. It seems he's way back from the day to day. But Utd's problems must cause him pain. The urge to go kick some arses must be overwheming, but I get no sense that he's got anywhere near the 1st team.
The fact Utd brought back Pogba suggests to me that Fergie doesn't force his opinion on the current decision makers.
Fergie was reportedly was influential in briinging Ronaldo back, but frankly if the rest matched Ronaldo's effectiveness, they'd be fine.
Today's Football
They're going to get Steve Bruce next, aren't they?
Unless Poch gets smashed by City tomorrow and conveniently sacked by PSG.
But the whole thing is stupid, sacking Ole alone makes him look like the only guilty party. That's like sacking Ted Lasso and letting Coach Beard manage the team.

Young Boys on for a happy ending at the Wankdorf
They must get sick of the jokes, or are they oblivious to it?
I completely missed that Championship games were on tonight.
What happened with Fleck?
BBC saying he collapsed off the ball. Was given oxygen and on his feet before being stetchered off.
Do you think the stretcher was just an abundance of caution?
He collapsed off the ball and out of sight of the camera but his feet were shaking as he laid down. He was given oxygen and I think after a while he may have been able to get up if it wasn't for the oxygen canister so he had to be stretchered off. But like the Euro match his teammates looked quite concerned, as well as the silence from the crowd, made it very worrying.
Indeed. As you say, let's hope all is OK.Derek27 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 23, 2021 10:36 pmHe collapsed off the ball and out of sight of the camera but his feet were shaking as he laid down. The wheels maybe coming off Brendan Rodgers' wagon.
"we have talented players - not at that top end but we've had a collective mentality to be challenging"
Not sure that his players will appreciate that assessment and it was an unnecessary comment. Strange.
