Hi,

I'm using Betangel for Betdaq and try to trigger with Excel 2007.
When I try to place a bet Betangel drops the decimal point, so the odds are far too high. Instead of 2.5 it's 25.
I changed the region settings and tried , and . as decimal point, the problem remained.

Here's the log:
04.06.2011 14:21:00: € 2 Back bet placed on N Li at 2.5. Entirely unmatched when it initially reached the market. Ref: 1020200807
04.06.2011 14:21:04: Cancelling bets 1020200807
04.06.2011 14:21:27: € 3 Back bet placed on N Li at 2,5. Entirely unmatched when it initially reached the market. Ref: 1020201005

In both bets it tried to get 25 odds.

Any help?
Thanks

That looks odd. You have used both '.' and ',' as the decimal separator. I would try to establish which is the correct one for your location, Windows settings and Excel version. It probably a mix of location settings causing the issue.

Also, you have not said what price N Li was at the time of placing the bet. If it was in running and the price was 25 anyway you would get matched at 25 even if you asked for 2.5 or 2.1 or even 1.01.

It was not in-play and the price was like 1.8.
I will try a few settings.
Anyway, I dont have problem with betangel for Betfair.

Ok, I found a way to fix it.
I changed the decimal seperator in the region and language setting of the OS from "," to "." and now it works like a charm.
