If i have automation running and it sometimes deals with taking sp with limit and then i also trade and to protect trades select Take sp all will that overide the automation?

If you use automation to place a fixed stake bet it won't be affected by manual trading. But if you're using net stake, firing rules based on matched/unmatched bet amounts or number of bets, or close trade with or without greening then manual bets will interfere with your automation because your manual bets will green or may affect the stake size.
