Please see the attached re the reported issues from last weekend, 25/26/27 Feb.
Whilst we can see a couple of issues, it mostly looked ok in our internal monitoring systems.
If anyone had the 'Capture diagnostic information' box checked and would kindly send us the logs that would be a big help;

The time zone offset is being checked out re the race meetings that start post midnight and hence on a different date, as far as the UK is concerned, to the published date.
Going forwards we will run Bet Angel, 24/7, on one of our servers.

Thanks for posting this. It's good to see there is follow up and to see the response to issues posted.

All the Golden Gate races that had no data and were listed in your chart had an off time after midnight. eg the R9 that is marked on your chart against Sunday was actually Saturday night's card but after midnight so only technically Sunday's race. Definitely no data flow for any of those races.

I was beginning to suspect it might have something to do with midnight too but then Golden Gate R7 on Sunday (Monday) had a scheduled off-time of 00:03 and went in-play at 00:05 and data flowed as it should. But then no data for R8 at 00:35.

Yes I have the diagnostics files from midnight onwards. I've pasted 1am to 2am file below. There was no TPD data at Penn from race 4 onwards last night.

Thanks for the diagnostics log, we’ve just seen that too. Seems that the API is not showing any open markets from the previous date as the UK crosses into the next day, so don’t think it’s anything to do with the Bet Angel request for data.
I’m sure TPD will be able investigate further now they’ve got that information.

Re the US racing post midnight conundrum. TPD Developers have identified an issue in the distribution code and will have a fix implemented before US racing. Many thanks for all the feedback regarding this problem.

Sam Houston races not connecting. "The race is not supported by their service".

[Bet Angel]

Looks like Betfair have set the venue name as 'Sam Houston Race Park' tonight rather than the usual 'Sam Houston' so we've had to add that to our server. Restart Bet Angel and you should get data.... unless they change it again!
