Surely a new low for Betfair Customer Support?
I hardly ever take the Betfair side, but can see circumstances where they gonna scream.
Some of their feeds/suspend processes are weak.
If you see a car lead in a Grand Prix etc, and its price is expected to shorten, would it be wrong to place a bet on the Sportsbook at pre-start prices and trade out ?
I can see both sides - Betfair would like to make money and see its share price not continue to crater.

Betfair hardly employ the brightest sparks to run their social media and CS, they've obviously mixed up assumption with intention. I'm sure Betfair's CS can go a lot lower than that tbh.
Not sure how to interpret this.
