GOOD NEWS: Liverpool draw Benfica in the quarters of the Champions League and will play the winner of Villareal v Bayern in the semi's if we go through.

BAD NEWS: Trent is facing weeks out with a hamstring injury

Glad to hear we're in the semifinals already ( :D ) but a hamstring injury just before the international break is not bad timing actually, he wouldn't play the next cup match anyway.

Far from ideal of course, it's the only position where we don't have specialist cover, although great to see Neco Williams banging them in at Fulham, he'll fetch a decent price. Just have to go with Gomez for smaller matches and Milner for bigger ones, shame the leftbacks aren't so versatile.

Yeah the timing could be worse but he's a doubt for the City game. That would be a huge loss.

Where is the best place to get goal time stats for games ?
What stats specifically? Like 'average min they score' or history on previous games?

Infogol.net
totalcorners.com (click today list)
Thankyou

Total corner looks good, but does anywhere boil the stats down to one number, like average time of goal for these teams comvined is minute 14, or 23 etc...?

Also, is the 58 euro for 7 days worth it, seems a lot.

Woah - don't pay for TotalCorner (it's a free tool, unless you want their tipping service which I don't truly understand how it works).

InfoGol will give you those avg stats on larger matches.

Is there anywhere on the forum where people can post news that will move pre-match markets?

Leno starting for Arsenal and caused a price drift. I missed the op, but would be good to know if there was a place on the forum where this sort of thing gets discussed.

Well, this thread actually. But not that many posters that actively trade the sport in general, so can get very dull very quickly. The racing thread in comparison has 1500+ pages, even the Aussie racing thread has twice as more as this one.

Even the guy who bored us all to death with his neverending football bets got bored himself of posting them.

This is true

His football bets were extremely frowned upon. #RacingForumConspiracy #TheTruthIsOutThereInTheRacingThreads

We actually lucked out that you started trading football, otherwise this thread would still be stuck on page 12!

Meanwhile, poor Emmson has been holding down the cricket fort on his own for what feels like an eternity :|

Everton are in big trouble. Lost Townsend and looking totally disorganised and demoralized. I'm a bit shocked TBH.

Their revival didn't last long!

They should be alright though. I can't see Burnley or Watford getting the points they need to leapfrog them.

Two weeks ago, 18 year old Guinean refugee Moustapha Cisse was an amateur in the Italian 8th tier with a refugee team. Tonight he comes on as a sub for his professional debut with Atalanta and 17 minutes later scores the winner at Bologna. It was very well taken too.

Looks like Lampard has lost it. This is not a good move.
""There is only so much you can keep trying to butter someone up to give them confidence.
We are playing at the cut-throat end of football here. This is a cup quarter-final to get to Wembley and if you haven't got the confidence to play, you can quickly flip it and say have you got the bollocks to play?
Sorry, excuse me, but that is the football reality. If you fall somewhere in the middle then don't worry about it."
