For the first time I'm starting to entertain the thought the treble might seriously be on this season

Actually I should have said quadruple - I'd forgotten they already bagged the league cup :)

Match in play, 9seconds delay and possiblle penalty. Odds went from 1,5 to 2. They missed the penaly so this guy closed his position at 1,5 again. He is faster than 9seconds delay from betfair.
Hope one day Betfair will make some hint or note on web page, If they have people on the match who are pressing this button for suspend or they are watching the game from UK and which delay excatly they have. Company that is worth Millions $ can't do this stupid red button to suspend the market, Putin will hit the red button before they do.

I thought you were just being coy and didn't want to jinx it! :D

For me you can look at this two ways. Like you say we've got one trophy in the bag so that leaves the treble and it's already been done so we know it's possible, Betfair even have a market for it and the quadruple will probably be done someday so it may as well be us that does it!

I'm starting to embrace the possibility now and hoping that if we don't get the four then we at least get three. My biggest worry is falling short in one has an impact on the others but hopefully that doesn't happen! Winning two trophies now would feel like a dissappointing season (unless it's the European Cup) and winning just one doesn't bear thinking about.

Whatever happens we've come a long way from being outclassed by Utd for most of my adult life :D

I sort of was :D

and despite my glimmer of optimism for the quad I think three is a very strong possibility the way things are going at the moment, but like you my biggest fear also is that the wheels completely come off if we miss out on one

Something I have just spotted looking at the league table this season is Newcastle's remarkable turn around

At the start of December they were rock bottom, hadn't won a game all season and needed 7pts just to get out the relegation zone
Now they are sitting 9th with a mathematical chance of a Europa qualifying spot

An early Saturday kick off against an inform side after a Champions Lge game won't be easy but they won't be sitting deep like Everton and Villarreal so there will be chances; should be a good watch. Probably from behind the sofa though!

I think I've admitted here or....maybe on Reddit... that I would have rather seen Adama Traore signed instead of Jota, and happily been proved wrong. As well as Jota has fitted in, I don't think I can ever remember a player that has fitted in so well, and been such a piss taker with his flicks and knocks and touches as Diaz, I hope history doesn't prove me wrong, but he is looking like a magic signing at the moment!

Did you get any of the 3000-1 at the start of the season? (read it somewhere)

Current odds are around 8/1

So apparently, he's not dead but he is 'very, very ill'

The chairmen of Europe's elite football clubs will have to put the champagne back on ice
