What on earth happened in the 2.30 Carlisle?

My bot made a few bets totalling less than £50 liability and I supposedly won £14.92, yet Betfair have DEBITED my account by almost £1200! WTH?

Anyone else have this issue - I've never seen anything like it!

Back subtotal: -41.09
Lay subtotal: 55.44
Market subtotal: -1,172.55
Commission : 0.00
Net Market Total: -1,172.55
WTF.jpg
So just how do Betfair justify taking nearly £1200 off me for a TOTAL BACK stake of £41.09 and a TOTAL LAY stake of £55.44? The person on the chatbot is utterly useless and suggests it's when I cashed in - yet they have their own stats showing my bets as above... How do I take this further please guys - [email protected] ?

The back and lay subtotal is for the 20 bets and market subtotal is for the 179 bets. Average the odds or paginate.

Makes sense - though how the hell did the bot place 179 bets into the market? Betfair chatbot are trying to suggest it's a load of simultaneous bets attempting to green up at the same time that caused a zillion back bets to be entered. Oh dear!

could you not ask dallas or euler to give your bot a once over (obviously privately) to get their opinion as to whether its your instructions or betfair glitching causing your bot to fire incorrectly?

Backers of Big Time Maybe in first at Brighton must have been happy. Looked filthy and very fast drift before off too.

Yes glad someone else spotted that. Cost me a few quid. How can Betfair do this?

Yeah it’s shocking really, the fav drifted from about 2.3 to 2.7+ almost as if someone knew they’d take that much out of an outsider.

I doubt you’d see that big of a difference on a low liquidity race overseas
