Good Morning
Are there any of the Aussie tracks that have much higher (or lower) volumes comared to the average?

Thanks in advance

The first split you can do is Metro vs Country tracks.

But also the courses in the West are much lower volume that those in the east.

NSW has a turnover charge, so these markets are often avoided and are much lower volume any how.

Betfair helpfully splits the tracks up here by State and Class if you need a starting point.

You can also find historical volume on the BSP files. https://promo.betfair.com/betfairsp/prices

I did an analysis a few years back but it would be out of date now given the turnover charge changes.

I conducted an in-depth analysis, but it is now obsolete due to the recent changes in the turnover charge.

I carried out a comprehensive analysis, but it is no longer relevant as a result of the latest modifications to the turnover charge.
