Penny Mordaunt who is a very good communicator is hinting that something extraordinary is occurring with Liz Truss behind the scenes, the way I read it something at least as big as her impending resignation and perhaps something even more astonishing.

Shameful that she comes in at the end, ducking the questions. She set Penny up for a fall there

Why hasn't Liz to exit in 2022 not plunged right down?

Starmer traded at 1.68 for next PM, now he's 11.

She's down to 1.39, which is pretty low. After all, they have a habit of sticking it out until the bitter end, and then they'll want to be PM until a leader is selected.

119 days is the record she needs to beat.

Rachel Reeves: An arsonist is still an arsonist, even if he runs back into the burning building with a bucket of water.

Rachel Reeves that was quite impressive, fast and fluent, no stumbling.

Interesting observing the PM's body language. Looking very sunken and withdrawn, complete lack of animation.

The bold and daring side of me wants to bank job Liz to exit in 2022 but prudence has won and I've settled for 4 ticks.

I’m expecting the price to really come in tonight for Truss to go, you will get your 4 ticks by 10pm

The only other "good reason" for Liz not being in the chamber earlier to answer questions apart from writing her resignation speech would be an intelligence meeting to make plans for a possible Russian nuclear strike on the UK.
