Book Percentages In-Play

Hi,

For horses, in-play/in-running, what does it mean if the Back Book% > 125 and the Lay Book% > 95

1. Nothing
2. One or more horses are steaming
3. Big gap between back and lay prices for one or more horses
4. Something else

My thoughts are its probably points 2 & 3 above combined, thoughts ?
