Thanks for those, I can see it now and also what the problem is

The number of triggers (200) for the server rules has been reached, notice in the red boxes how they've trigger 200 out of 200 times and haven't triggered/changed now for nearly an hour or so (and won't the remainder of the match unless the rules file was re-applied which would reset all the triggers back to 0)

So to resolve it just increase the number of times the server rules can trigger from 200 to 500, or you can even use the unlimited option now and that will ensure they always get updated if if the match is suspended for rain etc

Both were fine, and had the same server showing in each area of BA

Both were fine, and had the same server showing in each area of BA

Yes but that wasn't the server. Watching live on Bet365 Habino was serving

If the server was wrong from the on court data provider there's nothing BA can do about that - it will just display what information it is sent

In TT there is a box you can tick at the top to reverse the server (then untick if the mistake is spotted and rectified during the match in these situations
And you could potentially build a SV rule into a file which flips all the server conditions around providing you notice it's wrong

But there's no way of the rules automatically knowing if the data being sent is incorrect or not
