I have a couple of automations that run 24/7. They are in football and horse racing so as you can imagine there are hundreds of markets in Guardian through out the day. For example now at 7:30pm I still have 133 markets between now and midnight tonight!
My issue is that each rule concludes with green up at a certain profit in play. However because I have so many markets it doesn't check the races often enough and so I can only green up when I happen to be at my desk manually trading and happen to see it. Otherwise I can lose. This happens worryingly often especially in frantic races. I find the football is usually fine unless I'm super unlucky and a goal goes in between cycles.
My refresh interval is set to 20 milliseconds. Is there anything else I can do to improve the situation. Can you automate the removal of markets once they're closed, it would be a real help.
Look forward to hearing ideas!
Help! Markets not cycling fast enough - too many in Guardian!
At 20ms you can cycle through 50 markets in 1 second. So with that many markets it shouldn't be huge issue on speed - more likely to be an issue after 3pm on a Saturday with footy. Closed markets do not get included in the refresh cycle. Do you have restricted refresh turned on in Guardian ?
Horses is a different issue in play, it's very easy to miss a green up price, not always due to refresh rates, but the rate the prices change

Markets that on are the one click or ladder get more priority, you may want to (tick) (automatically switch Bet Angel market) in guardian. That will switch Guardian to the next race automaticly and give that market more priority. You could also run a couple of copies of BA , one for football one for racing.

Use the restrict refresh option in the adv settings tab of Guardian.

Or multiple instances of BA running - one for horses & one for footy being an obvious example..
I didn't think you could have two different Bet Angel running at once? I tried opening a 2nd one ages ago but it came up with an error code, is there a trick I'm missing?sionascaig wrote: ↑Thu Nov 23, 2023 8:24 pmOr multiple instances of BA running - one for horses & one for footy being an obvious example..

Up to 10 instances can be opened just by repeating the login processAnbell wrote: ↑Fri Nov 24, 2023 12:14 amYou can have more than one runningTiger wrote: ↑Thu Nov 23, 2023 9:46 pmI didn't think you could have two different Bet Angel running at once?
