Do you know if the api selection positions always remain the same even when odds change, like the fav goes higher than 2nd favourite, does the order through api change or remain the same?

Depends on the sport and market, for UK horse racing Betfair use a tissue price to try and order them by favouritism, but will reorder them periodically to try and keep them in order of price, they do this up to about 1hr before the start (or it might be 2hrs), after that they no longer change the order no matter how much the odds change
