How to deal with bet reference number?

Anyone could suggest decision?

That reference number is changed if it's matched bet and if it's unmatched bet - I mean if unmatched bet has a ref number,that ref number is changed when that bet is matched.

And how could I manage that unmatched bet when it's matched - cause SV conditions have only bet reference info for matched bets and not that info for unmatched bets?
