Question about triggering

Hello.
I have file with rules, I apply this to 10 markets. I want this rule to trigger only ones per market. So I set the rult to trigger one time and no more. But now after it triggers the first market, it does not trigger any other market, like ever. What am I missing?

Each market you apply a rules file to is independent

Unless you are setting a Stored Value at Bet Angel level then using that as a condition similar to how the 'Acca' files I've recently posted do when storing the initial stating balance
