Back + 10 ticks with greening/ cancel if hits a price

i want to place a back bet Post time 10 ticks above best market price with offset greening 20 ticks. (so greening will be 10 ticks below the best market price). i want to leave this inplay and if the odds go 10 ticks below the best market price before the back bet, cancel all bets
eg:
Post time the price is 2.0 place bet at 2.20 with 20 tick greening 1.90 if the price goes to 1.90 before it hits 2.0 then cancel all bets
how would i do this
